Five Weeks Left to Lock In Your Diwali Corporate Order

A short, practical update: the September 1 cutoff for fully customised Diwali corporate orders is about five weeks away. Here's exactly what needs to be settled before then.

A short, practical update rather than a long post this time, because the point is simple and doesn't need much elaboration.

Diwali 2026 is Sunday, November 8. We've written before about why bulk handcraft orders need 60 to 75 days of production time, which puts the real ordering deadline for full customisation somewhere between late August and early September — we've been suggesting September 1 as a clean, safe date to work toward.

From today, that's roughly five weeks away.

What "locking in" actually means at this stage

You don't need final approved artwork or a confirmed headcount down to the last person today. What's worth having settled by September 1, realistically:

  • A rough headcount or unit quantity, even if it shifts by 5–10% later
  • A confirmed budget tier or per-gift price range
  • Your preferred hamper tier and any branding requirements
  • A delivery timeline and city/cities

If you have those four things roughly settled, a vendor can give you a real quote and a real production slot — which is the thing that actually matters this far out. Exact final numbers can usually still flex slightly after that, within reason.

What happens if you wait past this window

Nothing catastrophic happens on September 2nd specifically. What happens gradually, the closer you get to October, is that the best vendors' calendars fill up, customisation options narrow, and the gap between "what we wanted" and "what we could still get in time" starts to widen. Nobody plans to be the company gifting a rushed, generic substitute in November — it just happens slowly, to companies that started the conversation in September instead of July.

If you haven't started the conversation yet, this is a reasonable moment to start it — not to commit, just to see what's possible at your budget and timeline while there's still room to adjust.

Our corporate Diwali gifting page has tiers, process, and a quote form that takes a few minutes. No commitment required to ask.
