At Blue Honey, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@bluehoney.store within 7 days of receiving your product to request a return.
- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the product (if applicable).
- Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup at your address.
Return pickup:
- We offer a free return pickup service. Once your return is approved, our logistics partner will contact you to schedule the pickup.
- Please ensure the item is properly packed in its original packaging to avoid any damage during transit.
we only offer returns for damaged product for shipment outside India if you have an unboxing video.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@bluehoney.store.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@bluehoney.store , and we’ll guide you through the process.
No exchanges for shipment outside India.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with unboxing video or photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or a refund based on the extent of the damage.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bluehoney.store. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process will need to be followed.
