Blue Honey Refund and Return Policy

At Blue Honey, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery of the last item, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery at support@bluehoney.store or through your customer account at https://account.bluehoney.store. If you checked out using a phone number only, please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation.
Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return, whichever is earlier), to your original payment method. This includes the standard outbound shipping cost you paid at checkout. We do not refund premium or express shipping upgrades.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.
Returns (All Customers)
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
Non-returnable items:
- Discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised orders
How to Start a Return or Cancellation
- Customer account: Visit https://account.bluehoney.store, go to your Orders, and submit a return or cancellation request
- Phone-number checkout: Use the return link in your SMS order confirmation — you cannot log in via the URL above without an email address
- Email: Contact us at support@bluehoney.store with your order number, reason, and photos if applicable
Once approved, we'll arrange a free pickup at your address. Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging.
For orders shipped outside India: Returns for damaged products require an unboxing video.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it is fulfilled — via your customer account, the link in your SMS confirmation, or by emailing support@bluehoney.store. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — please follow the return process instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you haven't received your refund after this period:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider — posting times vary

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at support@bluehoney.store to arrange an exchange.
Exchanges are not available for orders shipped outside India.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. We'll arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
