Relaxing Soak Bath salt - 170 g

A proper mineral soak does more than smell good — Epsom salt, Dead Sea salt, and Himalayan pink salt each bring something different to the water: Epsom salt is the one most associated with muscle relaxation, Dead Sea salt carries a broader mineral profile, and Himalayan pink salt adds trace minerals along with its characteristic color.

The blend. All three salts combined in one jar, infused with your choice of essential oil and dried flowers — Rose, Lavender, Jasmine, or Chamomile.

How to use it. Add 2-3 tablespoons to a warm (not scalding) bath and let it dissolve before getting in. A 15-20 minute soak is generally enough to feel the benefit without over-extending your time in the water.

A few sensible precautions. If you're pregnant, have a heart condition, low blood pressure, broken or irritated skin, or any concern about mineral salt baths, it's worth checking with a doctor before use — this applies to mineral salt soaks generally, not just ours. Avoid very hot water, which can be more taxing on the body than a comfortably warm bath, and don't exceed about 20 minutes per soak.
