Relaxing Soak Bath Salt — 300g

A larger version of our mineral soak blend — 300g in a premium amber glass jar, enough for considerably more soaks than our 170g jar before you'll need to restock.

The blend. Epsom salt, Dead Sea salt, and Himalayan pink salt — each bringing something different to the water. Epsom is the one most associated with muscle relaxation, Dead Sea salt carries a broader mineral profile, and Himalayan pink salt adds trace minerals along with its distinctive color.

Four scents to choose from. Rose, Lavender, Jasmine, or Chamomile — each infused as an essential oil blend with dried flowers, not synthetic fragrance.

How to use it. Add 2-3 tablespoons to a warm, not scalding, bath and let it dissolve before getting in. A 15-20 minute soak is generally enough to feel the benefit without over-extending your time in the water.

A few sensible precautions. If you're pregnant, have a heart condition, low blood pressure, broken or irritated skin, or any concern about mineral salt baths, it's worth checking with a doctor before use. Avoid very hot water and don't exceed about 20 minutes per soak.
